If you acquired tickets from CrowdPass, there are a few ways to access them before your event.
Accessing Tickets via Email
To access your tickets through email, follow these steps:
1. Open your email inbox and search for "Your tickets for the event" using the email address associated with your CrowdPass account
2. Locate and open the email sent by support@crowdpass.co.
3. Within the email, you will find your tickets available in three different formats:
1. Click on the "View Tickets" option to directly see your ticket on the CrowdPass platform.
2. OR scroll down to see the QR code, which is your ticket.
3. OR, if you prefer a physical copy, download and print the attached PDF.
By following these simple steps, you will easily access and manage your event tickets through email.
Access Tickets Through the CrowdPass Website on Your Phone or Computer
1. Visit CrowdPass.co and click “login”.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. See the event you're attending listed on the event page.
4. Click each ticket to open in a new tab.
5. Take a screenshot of each ticket and show it at the door.
